Who we are

Zen Integrated Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202601033410 (1695505-V)), trading as JagaU, is a Malaysian healthcare technology company incorporated in Kuala Lumpur. "Jaga" means to care for in Bahasa Malaysia — and that is exactly what we do. JagaU operates a mobile platform that lets patients and caregivers request home nursing, doctor visits, physiotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and medical escort services from verified independent healthcare professionals and partner clinics, and purchase or rent rehabilitation equipment.

Our mission

Many Malaysian families — especially the elderly, the chronically ill and B40 households — struggle to access follow-up care after leaving hospital. Transport is difficult, clinics are crowded and private home nursing has traditionally been expensive. JagaU was founded to change that by:

• Bringing care to the home so that patients recover where they are most comfortable.
• Setting fair, transparent prices on the platform, with visit packages that lower the cost of repeat care without reducing what our nurses earn.
• Supporting B40 families through a dedicated affordability programme and sponsored care packages funded by zakat and CSR partners.
• Giving healthcare professionals flexible work — many of our nurses and therapists work in public and private hospitals and serve JagaU patients in their free time.

What we do

• Home Care Marketplace — on-demand requests for nursing, GP visits, physiotherapy, TCM and medical escort, matched to nearby verified providers.
• Clinic Directory — partner GP, physiotherapy and TCM clinics with published starting prices and insurance panel information.
• JagaU Mart — rehabilitation equipment (wheelchairs, hospital beds, walking aids, bath safety, respiratory equipment) for purchase or rental, from JagaU and partner suppliers, plus a pre-loved marketplace for patients to trade used equipment.
• Care Records — vitals, medication and visit reports stored securely so families and providers stay on the same page.

Our commitment to safety

Every provider on JagaU goes through a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process: identity verification, professional registration (e.g. Malaysian Nursing Board, MMC, AHP or TCM registration) and document review by our team before they can accept jobs. Providers are rated after every visit, and a complaints and penalty system protects patients from poor service.
