Service Provider Terms

Effective date: 1 September 2026

These terms apply to healthcare professionals, clinics and equipment suppliers ("Providers") who offer services through JagaU, in addition to the general Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility and verification

  • Providers must hold valid Malaysian professional registration for the services they offer (e.g. Nursing Board Malaysia, Malaysian Medical Council, Allied Health Professions Act registration, Traditional & Complementary Medicine Council) and a valid Annual Practising Certificate where applicable.
  • Providers must complete identity verification (KYC) and upload credentials, which JagaU reviews before activation. Providers must notify JagaU immediately if any registration lapses.
  • Providers are independent contractors, not employees of JagaU, and are responsible for their own tax, insurance and professional indemnity.

2. Fees

  • JagaU deducts a platform commission of 15% of the job value on completed freelance and clinic jobs. Supplier commission is set out in the supplier agreement.
  • Payouts are made by bank transfer within 7 days of job completion. For cash jobs, the commission is deducted from the Provider's deposit wallet at completion.

3. Service deposit

  • Providers maintain a refundable service deposit: RM 50 (freelance), RM 300 (clinic), RM 500 (supplier). Providers cannot accept new jobs when the balance falls below the minimum (RM 30 / RM 150 / RM 300 respectively); accepted jobs can still be completed.
  • The deposit may be used to settle commissions on cash jobs, penalties, or amounts owed to patients under a validated complaint.
  • The deposit is refunded in full on leaving the platform once all obligations are settled.

4. Conduct and service standards

  • Arrive on time, check in and out through the app, and complete a visit report for every job.
  • Practise only within your scope of registration and follow applicable clinical guidelines.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with the PDPA and professional ethics. Patient data may only be used to deliver the assigned service.
  • Do not solicit patients to book outside the platform.

5. Cancellations, complaints and penalties

  • Providers should not cancel accepted jobs except in emergencies. Cancellations are recorded and repeated cancellations affect ranking.
  • Patient complaints are investigated by JagaU. Validated complaints within a rolling 90-day window may result in a 5-working-day suspension. No-shows may result in immediate suspension.
  • Providers may appeal a penalty by contacting zen.integrated@gmail.com.

6. Termination

Either party may end the relationship at any time. JagaU may suspend or remove Providers for breach of these terms, loss of registration, or conduct that endangers patients.
